The natural environment is the key reason for life on earth. Unlike other living organisms human capacity is not limited to his own body parts like hands, legs or teeth. When the requirements are beyond the reach of his hands the humans utilize other materials available in the universe to attain his needs. Gradually, the most superior form of life on earth turns to act as a predator to his fellow beings, other organisms and the environment as well. By his very nature he discovered the substances that can create fire. At the early stages fire was used to satisfy his basic need related only to cooking of food. Advancements from the discovery of fire has paved the way to discoveries like iron which became a turning point of human life. The utilities developed from the combination of iron and fire as the next stage of inventions act as the backbone of modern world. Now, everything from telecommunications to the cooking of food is based on technology. But, there is an extreme difference in the limited production of items in the past with contradiction to the making of goods on a mass scale. The production of items on a bulk scale requires more resources. Since some resources are abundant it will not make significant impact on its depletion due to its massive exploitation. But certain resources which are scarce need such level of care to get protected. Day to day activities of human beings which is dependent on producing heat and fumes create threatening situations. Because, mostly the physical conversion of one material that is available abundantly in the nature to a finished product requires such level of heat energy. Simultaneously it create emissions which affects the habitat and environment. Whereby, some self satisfactory acts of human beings spoils the safety of himself and that of everything.

As a say ‘modern problem requires modern solutions’. If there is a problem there is injustice. Problems of human beings are vast and remains unresolved for centuries even though it is regarded that we live in a millennium that has solution for every problem. Problems from poverty, hunger, poor health, lack of education, inequalities, scarcity of clean water, lack of descent work, underdeveloped infrastructure and communities, responsible consumption and production, climate action, etc and a lot of such under addressed problems which directly affect the standard of human life. Together with it such problems like environmental degradation also spoils a lot of great moments. It needs to be resolved. The safety and security of everything and everyone can be ensured by the implementation of justice only. Justice which takes the form of economic justice, social justice, political justice, etc together with justice for environment.

The most feasible method to achieve justice in today’s world does not lies in following a religion or believing an extreme political philosophy. But it can be made possible by effectively utilizing businesses by consideration of its impact on the environment and initiation of justice for environment over human interventions. The products and services offered for consumption are a result of business activities. In most situations the ultimate consumers of products and services will be human beings. As every activities of business is human centered it will be connected to its stakeholders like investors, customers, regulatory bodies, government, communities, etc. or the society as a whole. Moreover its impact is very high on environment. A business cannot be commenced in the absence of capital. Similarly, environment acts as the capital by which living beings are generated. So, the decisions regarding the activities of a business have to be aligned in accordance with its stakeholders and the environment. A framework which is based on sustainable development goals becomes important in this sense and acts as a means to facilitate the sustainability and ethical impact on an organizations operations. But in certain cases there will be contradictions between stakeholders. The outcome which would be in favor of one set of stakeholders will not be favorable to some other individuals or groups. In such cases active engagement of all stakeholders need to be ensured to avoid further conflicts. Sustainability, which is a need of the hour need to be attained by such dedicated level of inter-personal involvement without conflicts.
